arc Asset Management, an independent company registered in Luxembourg, is specialized in managing investment programmes for:

• Institutional and professional investors (Banks, Sim, Independent Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Trusts, Family Office and SGR) 
• Private investors and families (big clients, wealthy families, consultants)

Authorized by the competent Luxembourg authorities on July 12th 2007 (article 77, 13th chapter of Law dated December 20th 2002), arc A.M. is subjected to the control by the CSSF (Commision de Surveillance du Secteur Financier/Commission for the Surveillance of the Financial Sector).
 
Therefore, arc A.M. is a harmonized wealth managing company offering its own services to any country within the European Community, in terms of the UCITS Directive.

Its objective is plan “tailor-made” financial instruments in line with Client’s needs – whether it is Institutional, professional or private, exploiting the experience and the internationality of the Luxembourg funds industry.

For what concerns the Italian market, arc A.M. offers its know-how in creating investment products, both for the Institutional Clientele  and for the family wealth integrated management, offering a consultancy covering the entire procedure from the constitution, to the  authorization, right through the funds’ marketing in the countries within the European Union.
